Eligibility

How to Start a Return
- Email support@mauvis.be with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide authorization and the correct return instructions/label.
- Pack securely and include your order number inside the parcel.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video, and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
